Planning a wedding can feel stressful and nailing down all the details is overwhelming at times. Since you put so much time and effort into the details of your day, having memories to look back on is incredibly important.

When your wedding day arrives, it’s time to focus on the love between you & your fiance and celebrating that love with your friends & family.

Curating a gallery of images that enable you to relive the intentional moments, spontaneous emotions and joy of your day is my job. Your wedding is the first chapter of your lifelong journey together and having images to look back on to remember the joy and magic of those first years are priceless.

The Process

  1. Initial Inquiry

Complete the inquiry form. Once received, we’ll hop on a Zoom Call so we can chat about your wedding and be sure we are a good fit for each other! We will identify which package best meets your needs and if you would like to add any additional items so that you know your package best meets your needs.

2. Reserve Your Date

Following our meeting, you will receive your booking package via e-mail to complete. Once submitted, you will receive my wedding questionnaire. I use this to create a timeline and ensure we have all the important details needed to document your day!

3. Planning Calls

I will send you an online calendar to choose dates to schedule Zoom calls for all pre-planning sessions. We will also schedule your engagement session during this time and choose a location. This is always a great time to get to know each other better & build some excitement for your big day!

4. Your Wedding Day!

Your day has arrived! I am ready to document the start of your journey as a married couple! Your job is to enjoy and stay present throughout your day. I will be there every step of the way to document ALL the excitement and love surrounding you!

5. Gallery Delivery & Album Curation

You can expect a gallery preview within a week of your wedding. Final gallery delivery will be between 6-8 weeks. From that gallery you will be able to choose approximately 40 images that I will use to curate your album. I will send you a proof of your album so that you can approve the final design. You can also place an order for any additional prints or products at this time.

Wedding packages can be personalized to meet the needs of your specific event. Each couple is unique and you can expect your wedding package to honor the vision that you have for your day!

  • 4 hours of photography coverage

  • Engagement session

  • Wedding album

FAQs

  • Absolutely! Everyone who is part of a wedding is working as a team to create the experience you have dreamed up. I will check in with any coordinators or planners prior to creating a timeline to ensure we are all on the same page. Throughout the wedding day, I will check in with any of the vendors that have an impact on the timing and flow of the day (DJs, officiants, venue coordinators, caterers, etc).

  • It’s important to be able to pivot. Fun fact: I’ve worked in the mental health field for 20 years. I have a TON of experience in navigating conflict and the unexpected. You can be confident knowing that no matter what comes up on your wedding day, we will figure out a way to navigate the unexpected & create beautiful moments regardless of what is happening around you!

  • I encourage couples to book as soon as they have a date locked down and have determined we are a perfect match! Certain times of the year fill up FAST, so the sooner you are able to reserve your date, the better.

  • Gallery delivery is typically between 6-8 weeks after your event. A preview of your images will be sent within 72 hours for you to share with others. The gallery is able to be shared via e-mail with friends & family.

  • I have several vendors that I have worked with or know from living in the New River Valley. If you need assistance with finding a certain vendor to address a particular need, I am more then happy to help!

  • Once your gallery is finished, I will work on putting together your album. An additional form will be sent so that you can decide on prints and additional albums. All products will be ordered at the same time. Payment for products must be made prior to order being placed
